I know that you are a small company but if you can get another person to go do troubleshooting and only the diagnostic part. I think you would make more money because the wait was long to be told that I should buy another washer. Just saying. But the repair guy was great, that’s why I gave you 5 stars.

Marvin Woo and Assistant Harvey arrived on time and did a thorough and excellent job of determining the best way to install a shielded GFI outlet in a wall that had no direct line to it. They were patient and professional and the result was exactly what I wanted They also fixed a couple of other electrical issues at the same time. I highly recommend Woo's Electrical to everyone.

On time, great service. Mike is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what is wrong with the appliance and what is being fixed. It seems like they really care about their customers and want to help to fix the issue.
